Our application process is stringent so that we are sure to match the perfect resident to the available rental properties. We conduct credit and background checks. Our leases are simple and easy to read and understand. 

• Expect to list 3 landlords, employer, references, emergency contact name, phone, email, 2 forms of ID and one with DOB, front and back, proof of income).
• Expect process to take 45-100 hours dependent on landlord and employer reply.
• We research all addresses found on a credit report as a part of the process of identifying false information on application.
• We screen for DOB / SS# mismatch.
• The ID must have a photo.

False information is cause for denial. 

Residents can locate available properties on our website or call the office, and we’ll match you up with one of our vacancies in the area you’re looking at. Once you find a property you are interested in, download and complete the application and read through all of the notices, including:
